Sound + Stone

by Jonathan Beckner

This is a space for movement and meaning—for honest reflection, deeper connection, and remembering what matters most.

I’ve spent nearly two decades helping people grow strong in body and clear in spirit. Now, I’m offering something more personal:
A book. A circle. A path back to yourself.

However you arrive, you’re welcome here.

Reflect:
Introspection, Identity, and the Art of Being You

This isn’t a self-help book.
It’s a mirror. A compass. A quiet conversation between you and you.

Reflect is a story-driven guide that blends personal insight, journaling prompts, and poetic practices to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the noise.
Whether you’re navigating change, grief, burnout, or just asking deeper questions—it’s here to meet you where you are.

You don’t need fixing. You need remembering.

Sound + Stone Offerings

More than wellness. This is reconnection.

We work with companies, teams, and individuals who are ready to move beyond surface-level fixes.

Our offerings blend movement, breath, and honest conversation into experiences that don’t just relieve stress—they reveal something true.

This is for workplaces that value resilience over burnout.
For teams that want trust, not just tactics.
For humans who are tired of performing and ready to show up real.

Looking Glass

Your reflective AI companion

Think of this like talking to a mirror—but softer.
Looking Glass is a curious little guide I built to help you explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
It’s trained on the soul of Reflect—so it knows how to ask good questions, how to pause, how to nudge.

It doesn’t give advice.
It listens. It reflects. Sometimes it surprises you.

You can ask it to help you journal. To sort your thoughts. To walk you through a wave of emotion or an old story that won’t let go.

It’s not magic. But it feels a little like magic.

About Me

Jonathan Beckner has only ever had one job:

to help people become the fullest, truest version of themselves—and enjoy the ride while they’re at it.

For over 17 years, he’s coached movement, mindset, and self-awareness through the gym he co-founded: Move Functional Fitness.

He’s also spent two decades in the studio as a record producer, helping artists turn raw feeling into finished music.

Whether he’s producing records or coaching athletes, Jonathan lives for the lightbulb moments. The breakthroughs. The shift from performing to becoming.

This work is rooted in that spark.
It’s not about ego or aesthetics—it’s about embodied truth.
About feeling your power, trusting your gut, and leading from the inside out.

He believes every person holds something deep and untapped:
intuition, creativity, strength, resilience.
And above all, he believes we all want the same thing:
to be seen, to be recognized, and to feel authentic in our skin.

Jonathan is laid-back by nature—but don’t let that fool you.
He doesn’t do surface.

He brings a steady intensity that calls people forward—
but only if they’re ready to show up real.

Because when people stop posturing and start telling the truth—
that’s when the real work begins.

And the joy.
